Ian has been with us from the start. His in-depth specialist oil and gas knowledge and his wealth of marketing know-howhave shaped who we are today. Ian has been instrumental in helping ambitious industrial businesses grow and succeed for over 20 years. From launching new technology to increasing brand awareness, Ian has experienced it all.

Likes: Being active, really not very good at staying still (unless on a beach).

Dislikes: Bad food, as I love food.

Natalie Sweet

Development Director

Natalie is the driving force behind our diverse client portfolio. Continually identifying, nurturing and fortifying mutually beneficial partnerships, sharing successes and bringing client teams on a positive growth journey with us. The ultimate people person, who loves to travel, you’re in good hands with Natalie.

Likes: Champagne. Only on special occasions, and most weekends. Also loves her 'builders' tea for balance!

Dislikes: Cockroaches. She will scream if she sees one.

Gracefully calm, with a rapier-sharp eye for detail, Pete is a multi-skilled designer who can deliver stunning, sophisticated, and sympathetic designs for our clients. He has significant b2b experience spanning more than 20 years. Pete will always make sure your brand communications are powerful in an ever-competitive market.

Likes: Mountain biking, often found muddy up a hill.

Dislikes: Reality TV. It’s a no from me.

Understanding the complexities of multi-channel marketing and applying strategic planning aligned to your business needs is Zoe’s speciality. She has experience across multiple industries both in the UK and internationally. Passionate about fostering great relationships, providing top leadership for her team, and developing new ideas, Zoe is our kind of marketing professional.

Likes: Sweets and chocolate. As part of a balanced diet.

Dislikes: Untidiness. My brain just can’t cope with mess.

Jenna Randall-Smith

Ben Broadbear

Creative Production Lead

Ben’s immense brand knowledge sets him apart as a design and artwork specialist. Delivering projects for Coca-Cola, Nestlé, and Mars. With a natural eye for detail, he is forever exploring new ways to produce incredible work. Ben draws most of his inspiration from his wonderful family.

Likes: Swimming in the sea.

Dislikes: Sand! We can see a potential problem here.

Switching seamlessly between the strategic and operational, Phil is an expert at managing client projects. With over 25 years of delivering effective sales and marketing solutions in just about every sector Phil’s knowledge of ‘what works’ is second to none. Believing relationships build results, Phil is as attentive as they come when it comes to client services.

Likes: My family, metal music, guitars, the gym, red wine, and cooking. There is a power ballad in there somewhere.

Dislikes: The polarisation of cultural and political views in the last 10 years.

Maria Hedge

Creative Services Manager

Bringing it all together, Maria is the one who makes sure everything is delivered on time and on brief. That’s why she believes in a combination of good planning, process, flexibility, and understanding. There are no cutting corners when it comes to Maria’s approach… unless she’s running. She has over 20 years’ experience in marketing and, in the delivery great creative, on time and on brand.

Likes: Muddy walks, runs, cycles, pizza and prosecco. Not all at once.

Dislikes: Animal cruelty and the disrespect of our natural world…don’t get me started!

Karen Greenslade

Account Manager

Managing our clients’ campaigns with a sharp eye for detail and creative flair, Karen has worked with some high-profile brands in both B2C and B2B markets. She values building relationships with everyone in the process to deliver exceptional integrated campaigns.

Likes: My energetic three-year-old boy, gigs, festivals and wine.

Dislikes: Chaos. And Mice. Eeeek!
