Sensia is a new joint venture between Schlumberger and Rockwell Automation formed to solve the automated challenges of the oil & gas industry by bringing together the market leaders in oilfield services and process automation.

Emberson Marketing delivered a comprehensive package of internal and external marketing communications in less than 3 months to successfully launch the new brand to market through a series of global events – ATCE, ADIPEC and Rockwell Automation Fair – plus a new website and digital-driven communications.

The communications materials produced brought the Sensia brand to life through the application of the unique brand positioning, messaging and identity developed by Emberson. The brand attracted high levels of interest at events and online with positive feedback from the target audience and brand stakeholders.

Communications to the internal audiences was critical in launching the brand. An employee welcome brochure and presentation, delivered by the new management team, successfully welcomed onboard the 1,000 employees from 42 countries that joined the business from the parent companies. The communication activity successfully engaged them in understanding the new brand and in sharing the collective vision for Sensia.
